What You Need to Know

* Exchanges Only: We primarily focus on exchanges to ensure the best possible outcome for both you and Rollin Ropes. And exchanges may be subjected to availability of the product

* Eligibility: Exchanges are considered for products with manufacturing defects

* Item Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Making an Exchange

* Your Responsibility: You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including return shipping to Rollin Ropes and shipping of the replacement item.

* Two Convenient Options:

1. We can arrange to collect the item from you for some nominal fees

2. Self-Shipping: You can choose to ship the item back to us using your preferred courier service.

Timeframe for Size Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item due to incorrect sizing, please notify us within 4 days of receiving your order.

Our Promise

We strive to resolve all exchange requests promptly and efficiently. However, we reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
